Registering is very simple
Enter the name and e-mail address that you want to register with and click on the Register Button. You will receive an email from PlanetPanel with a link in it. Click this link to start your first questionnaire. Once your intake questionnaire is completed your registration will be complete.
PlanetPanel will send you a welcome e-mail confirming your registration. Your welcome e-mail will also include the login information that enables you to access your personal page and Planet Forum.
Please choose your username carefully. You will not be able to change your username after registration. If you choose to participate in the Planet Forum, your username will also be your forum nickname.
